Address for Delivery

Your order may be delivered to wherever you require. We do recommend that this be to an address where there is someone during the day to accept goods. If this is not possible a card will be left stating goods are ready for collection from your local post office. All standard deliveries will be made by Registered Post and thus will require a signature upon delivery.

Delivery Method Australia

Standard deliveries within Australia for Mini, X-Small, Regular, Medium and Large items will be sent by Registered Post and will require collection from your local Post Office and signed for. Australia Post should notify your nominated address that a parcel is ready for you to collect from the PO. For X-Large & Jumbo items we may elect to ship these by our Road Freight Carrier and these costs will be same as if delivered by Express Post and will require a signature upon delivery. For these items we will contact you to confirm details before goods are shipped.

Express Post delivery is also offered although this will incur additional costs as shown in the chart below and will be delivered directly to you nominated address.

Express delivery times are dependent on the Australia Post Express Network constraints.

Delivery Method International

All regular international orders will be shipped by standard Air Post for parcel sizes mini, x-small, small, regular, medium and large.

Courier Post (EMS Express Post Service) is also offered although this will incur additional costs as shown in the chart below.

This service level does allow a tracking facility for your order.

International parcels of sizes X-Large and Jumbo will more than likely need to be shipped by Fedex (or similar) and delivery cost will be same as listed for Courier Post.

Note: Import duties, taxes and charges levied by the country of delivery are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid upon receipt of goods.

Insurance

Eyeline recommends all international orders be insured. Insurance costs A$10.00 per order, plus A$2.50 per A$100.00 of value. Insurance costs will be confirmed to the buyer at checkout.

If insurance is not selected the buyer agrees to assume all liability from the time Eyeline ships the order.
