How to order

Following is a brief description of the ordering process. You must be registered as a user before ordering.

  • Browse through  our product range by selecting from either:
  • a) The online store button in the top toolar or b) via the product categories in the 2nd toolbar.
  • Select the product/s required and Add to your Shopping Cart
  • Choose a product from a category by using the select button for the required product.
  • As we have released a New Site as 10/8/2011, both old and new shoppers will be required to register as users. Follow the easy 'step by step' registration process. Once you have registered you can then use the My Account button in the top toolbar to login for future purchases.
  • Your shopping cart will be clearly visable at the left of screen showing what you have selected.
  • From this screen you can add or delete products,change product qty or continue to shop. When you have finished shopping just 'click' the Checkout button.
  • The next screen gives you a 2nd option to make changes to your shopping cart. Once certain that your shopping is finished, 'click' the Checkout button.
  • The next step is to confirm your Payment & Delivery address details. Complete all required fields ( make sure you select the correct Country of delivery as this field is used to calculate your correct delivery costs), the 'click' Continue.
  • Next is to select your shipping option ( for overseas purchases we recommend that Insurance is selected or the buyer accepts all responsibility for the order once it is shipped from the eyeline warehouse), once done 'click'  Continue.
  • Now  you will need to enter your Credit Card details and your order will be 'credit checked and authorised' by our Bank to be shipped. Once you have completed your order, an email confirmation will be sent, so ensure your correct email address has been entered, otherwise you will not receive the Order Confirmation.
  • If you wish to use the 'Off-Line Purchase' option you will choose at this time and then proceed to print out you order.
  • Finally, when your order has been authorised, subject to any Pre-Authorisation credit checking, it will be packed and shipped to the nominated address.
  • Thank-you for  your order.

Pre Authorisation

Orders from some countries may be subject to a Pre-Authorisation credit limit check due to purchase value, type of product ordered and previous order history.

Customers subject to Pre-Authorisation will not have their goods shipped immediately, but following a brief period to allow Eyeline to ensure that the Credit Card is not being used in a fraudulent manner. This is security measure implemented by eyeline and in no way reflects upon the vast majority of honest purchasers using our internet site.
